The museum exhibits will include physical vintage
billboards, signage, clothing articles and all materials associated with a
major advertising campaigning that has shaped American Culture. It will also
have screenings of commercials and radio advertisement with engaging discussion
afterward. The museum will provide a fun, educational, engaging experience that
will leave all visitors with a appreciation for advertising culture. The museum
will have suggested donations with a silver, gold, and platinum membership
packages.
Contently Voice Theater will be an Art Institution that
attracts artist, performers, and theatergoers.
This theater experience will engage people from the moment they step
into the building. The playlist will include
the work of local writers, producers, directors and artist. It will also promote and support the talent of
local artist, while contributing to the economic growth for the town. Lastly,
the theater will be a major attraction for local residents providing a break
from their daily routine.
The theater will also house a small studio for video and
radio production, with an emphasis on the highly stylized early era of
television, film and radio. Simultaneously offering residents the opportunity
to learn the practices involved in advertisement creation across the three
mediums. The theater will feature moderate
ticket prices and concession stand. The reasonably priced workshops will also pull
revenue in for the institution.
Both pitches are very intriguing and would be fun and educational events to experience. You can also see the potential for monetary growth from many of the advertisers themselves. Certainly with the theater, the local and community growth could be tremendous.
ReplyDeleteI also like both ideas! I think I'm leaning more towards the second pitch though with the arts and music theater. It would be enjoyable to see all different types of artist in one venue. Usually, you can only witness these types of events in art walks and music festivals. So having a theater that combines all forms of art and music would be a chance for everyone to attend anytime they want.
